Concept Kitchen on the road with Sören Anders!

For the SWR series “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” Germany’s youngest star chef Sören Anders travels the Southwest - with Concept Kitchen! On the look out for regional products and recipes, Anders takes his mobile kitchen to the country to cook with amateur chefs in the Swabian Alps, in the Black Forest or on the Mosel and creates new variations of typical favourite dishes. Concept Kitchen is his constant companion, and the cooking and tasting takes place outdoors! In a total of four programmes, you can experience the Concept Kitchen with Sören Anders in different regions using the typical regional ingredients and cooking traditions: (1) on 21.05. “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” in the Hohenlohe region, (2) on 28.05. “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” in the Swabian Alps, (3) on 11.06. “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” from Berghaupten in the Black Forest, (4) on 18.06. “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” from the Kurpfalz and (5) on 25.06. “Leibspeise mal ANDERS” on the Mosel.
