Furnishing of the Rosenthal Concept Store in Munich with Concept Kitchen!

On 05 October 2017 it was finally time: the reopening of the Rosenthal Store in Munich, which shone with a design concept by the Concept Kitchen designer Kilian Schindler! Schindler not only furnished the shop on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Straße with Concept Kitchen modules, but also applied the Concept Kitchen philosophy and brought it to life all round on the 300 square metres of the old listed building. The result is a place that brings design and lifestyle together in a special way.
Above the porcelain from the company Rosenthal and its partner brands, for example, customers will also find a café with selected specialty coffees for the shopping breaks, and especially on the upper floor of the two-storey shop, they can experience a scenario of Concept Kitchen in all its functional diversity: in the design and cooking workshops offered here, guests come together to cook, serve, dine and discuss. Alongside furniture items, accessories and food from selected producers, inspiration for the ambience is also provided through the cooperation with a local florist.
Through matt and shiny surfaces, the interior design of the Rosenthal Store stands in reference to the porcelain, where delicate tones ranging from pink to grey are convincingly combined with brass, concrete, wood and glass. The designer Schindler already cooperated with Rosenthal GmbH in the middle of last year. He designed the porcelain series ONO for the brand Thomas, which, in its classically simple design, promises versatile use between everyday life and representation, and thus embodies the concept of Concept Kitchen. ONO is also presented in the Munich shop!
